Your New Role: Strategy and Leadership

Reporting to the Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the on- and off-site content omni-marketing strategy for websites within your assigned portfolio. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and leadership to drive brand engagement and meet commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage a multi-disciplinary team, including Content Coordinators, Brand Marketing Coordinators, Outreach Specialists, Writers, and Content Creators/Influencers, ensuring steady workflow and high performance.
  • Strategy Development: Disseminate overarching strategy into key initiatives based on thorough competitive research and analysis in the areas of email marketing, social media, digital PR, and content.
  • Execution: Lead the execution of on- and off-site content strategies, prioritizing tasks and projects based on franchise priorities.
  • Collaboration: Support Franchise Partners by providing recommendations for comprehensive omni-marketing and content strategies aligned with website objectives and SEO best practices.
  • Analysis & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on engagement data across all content, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization to enhance the overall digital footprint.
  • Innovation: Continuously research, identify, and fill content gaps, contributing to design/product feedback cycles on franchise properties.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in content, brand marketing, or a similar strategic role.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing or guiding a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and ROI measurement.
  • Attributes: Strong leadership, collaboration, excellent organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
