AltaML is a leading North American applied AI company with extensive experience in building and operationalizing AI software solutions. As a Project Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in the planning and delivery of ML experiments and fully-built solutions deployed into production. You will be responsible for maturing our project delivery practice and ensuring an excellent customer experience through meticulous project management.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the development of Statements of Work and manage project financials.
- Create and maintain project and resource plans while managing various concurrent projects.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and manage their expectations.
- Drive the removal of roadblocks during projects and coordinate updates for all stakeholders.
- Lead the team through all phases of the project, from concept to deployment.
- Contribute to Resource Planning activities and Portfolio level reporting.
- Lead project lessons learned reviews to evaluate success and recommend process improvements.
- Develop excellent relationships with stakeholders to ensure their domain insights drive project success.
What You Bring
- Experience: Ample experience in project management roles. Agile and/or PMP training is considered an asset.
- Foundational Knowledge: Business-level knowledge of AI/ML concepts and technology implementations.
- Core Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, superior client relationship skills, conflict resolution, organizational change management, business analysis, facilitation, and presentation development.
- Responsible AI (RAI) Focus: A willingness to be trained and well-versed in Responsible AI (RAI) principles, ensuring solutions are developed and deployed ethically and raising concerns as required.
