CRAVD CANADA INC is seeking an experienced, full-time Software Development Project Manager to join our team in Markham, ON. This permanent role requires a high level of technical proficiency combined with strong project leadership skills to manage and deliver complex software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a blend of technical execution and project oversight:
- Software Lifecycle: Write, modify, integrate, and test software code.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
- Requirements & Specifications: Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements and assist in the development of logical and physical specifications.
- Problem-Solving: Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Incident Management: Manage project incidents effectively to minimize disruption.
- Research: Research and evaluate a variety of software products to inform development decisions.
- Client Support: Consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- Education: Must possess a Master’s degree (or equivalent).
- Language: Must be fluent in English (working language).
- Schedule: This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week.
